Come join this 2-hours hands-on snow skin mooncake making workshop with your loved one / friend / family.
You will learn :
#how to do the dough from scratch ( not using PREMIX ingredients!)
#how to calculate the dough and filling percentage
#how to mix the colour in dough
#how to use the mooncake mold
Opened Group Class (Min 2 Max 6)
DATES : 3, 5, 9, 12, 14, 28 September
TIME : 2pm ~ 4pm or 6pm ~ 8pm
$98 per person (aged 12 & above), $180 for 2 pax (each to do one set)
1 Adult and 1 Kid (below aged 12 ) to share to do one set – $118 per pair
You will bring home self- crafted 8 pieces 50g snow skin mooncake.
