Choux pastry, or pâte à choux, is a delicate and popular French pastry dough used in many pastries. This pastry is used to make profiteroles, croquemboucheséclairs and many other delicious sweet and savory creations!

The Choux pastry has a light and airy texture, lightly crisp exterior and filled with a silky-smooth pastry cream. It is piped through a pastry bag and baked to form largely hollow puffs.

In this 2 hours hands-on workshop, you will learn to made Choux au Craquelin  – baked mini cream puffs with a sweet, crackly, crunchy topping.
