Our trainer, Chef Nurul (with more than 8 years bakery experiences in top hotels), will teach you how to prepare the Salted Caramel Sauce (Demo) and hand-on to bake the Genoise Sponge. Next to ganache the cake with cream and last to pipe the cream for decoration.
Nurul will share her baking tips with all learners during the class.
