This Gula Melaka Pandan Cake is an East-meets-West style of cake, made with pandan cake and layered with grated coconut soaked in Gula Melaka (palm brown sugar). Gula Melaka is also healthier than processed sugar and chiffon is light and fluffy. This cake is definitely everyone favorite!
You will hands on baking the pandan cake from scratch and prepare the frosting cream. Final touch with coconut shavings with Gula Melaka syrup.
